Most change implementations lose momentum over a period of time. It can be attributed to “implementation fatigue”, that results are nowhere in sight. This also makes the change unsustainable.
TOC implementation is all the more tricky. Because it challenges deep rooted beliefs built over 25-30 years of work experience. So the resistance to change is at its peak.

• Our method is designed in a way that participants see results in a few weeks. The resistance to change is converted to “buy-in” and implementation becomes successful.
• We have seen many organizations gets lost in finding the constraint, chasing the technicalities of TOC. Mostly your objective is not to do PhD in TOC, you want results (sustainable). Our method gets you results, whether you know where the system constraint is or not. Not knowing TOC is not a show stopper.
